Turkey Valley falls to Waukon in ‘light week’

The Turkey Valley baseball team suffered a defeat in their lone contest last week, as Waukon claimed victory on their home field 10-0 in six innings on Wednesday.
Elliott Dietzenbach started on the mound for the Trojans, giving up seven runs (four earned), eight hits, and striking out two. Kannon Leuenberger relieved Dietzenbach and went three innings, allowing two earned runs and five hits while totaling two strikeouts.
As a team, they possessed three errors in the ball game.
