We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firms commitment  to privacy.

You always have the option to view the price and ad before paying for it. Once you confirm your order the transaction will be completed. All advertisements are subject to the review of newspaper personnel for approval before the ad goes live on this site

Errors in publication: It is agreed the New Hampton Tribune and Nashua Reporter will not to be held financially responsible for errors in publication. The newspaper will attempt to correct any error that is brought to our attention.  It is further agreed that in no case shall the New Hampton Tribune and Nashua Reporter be held liable for selling losses incurred by errors in publication or failure to insert an advertisement into the paper.

Liability: The advertiser assumes liability for the content of all advertising authorized for publication and any claims that arise against the Publisher.

The Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement.
