TV boys lose two straight after 4-0 start

After a 4-0 start to the year, the Turkey Valley boys basketball team hit a rough patch to end last week. This included a pair of losses against Upper Iowa Conference foe MFL MarMac and Houston, Minnesota.
TV entered Friday’s game at MFL allowing an average of 27.8 points per contest to their opponents. The Bulldogs shattered this mark, posting 65 points on their way to topping Turkey Valley 65-62.
The Trojans jumped out to a 20-16 lead after the first quarter. 16 of these 20 points by Turkey Valley came by way of Keegan Balk, as he was red-hot in this opening period.
