Turkey Valley girls unfazed by long week

Having four games in one week can be both physically and mentally exhausting. However, you wouldn’t have guessed it from watching the Turkey Valley girls basketball team, as they were able to sweep all four games with ease last week.
After topping New Hampton on Monday, the Trojans completed the week with Upper Iowa Conference wins over West Central on Tuesday and Kee on Friday as well as a non-conference victory at the Holiday Shootout against Columbus Catholic on Saturday.
TV posted their best offensive showing of the season at Kee, as they were able to rack up a whopping 73 points, 46 of which came in the second half.
