Plenty of road construction

There’s been a lot of road construction going on in residential areas of New Hampton this week as the city finishes its 2017 street improvement project. Here, a work crew and a Caterpillar Steamroller add some blacktop to North Elm Avenue. Photo taken from the corner of West Main Street.
