New Hampton, Turkey Valley shooters shine in rain

A cold and rainy day did not stop multiple individuals from the New Hampton and Turkey Valley trapshooting teams from shining. 
The Chickasaws owned the second individual boys score, while the Trojans boasted the top girl performance at the Fredericksburg Sportsman Club this past Thursday.
“It was our first home meet. The weather was rough,” said Dave Schmidt, who is part of a New Hampton team of coaches. “Some of the kids were jittery, but overall I thought we performed pretty decent.”
