N-P recognizes National Hot Lunch Week

National Hot Lunch Week is a fun time to recognize and honor the food service workers in the district who are up early to serve breakfast and lunch to the school children every day. This year National Hot Lunch will be celebrated Oct. 10-14.This is a great time to tell the food service workers at the school what a great job they are doing and thank them for their hard work, dedication and early morning start times.National Hot Lunch Week is also a time for children to invite guests in to eat hot lunch with them throughout the week. Children get to eat lunch with their special guests and show them their lunch room, teachers and friends while enjoying the delicious meals prepared by these hardworking ladies.Food Service Director Pam Harold has been with the school for six years but started her new position two years ago.
