Chickasaws volleyball team prepares for a season like no other

Vibrant hues of burnt orange, golden yellow and rusty red will soon change the midwestern landscape into a breathtaking display of color once fall signals the end of summer.
If you don’t think life moves fast enough, soon spring will signal the unenviable task of filing the year’s tax returns.
Most prefer the former.
But this much is certain – change is inevitable.
New Hampton head coach Jess Geerts and her Chickasaw volleyball squad are ready and prepared for a prep volleyball season unlike any other when actual matches take place later this month. The season got under way with the implementation of team camp this past week.
It’s a whole new experience for the Chickasaws this fall as they take precautions and follow guidelines in attempt to slow the spread of the Coronavirus that could threaten their season.
